About the role
Penspen is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer to act as the PMC focal point for quality assurance and control across all phases of a major petrochemical expansion project.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure project execution complies with approved quality management systems, specifications, international standards, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Support FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning activities.
- Manage contractor and vendor quality assurance programmes for both brownfield and greenfield capital projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in petrochemical, refining, oil & gas or major industrial projects.
- Proven experience on large‑scale brownfield or greenfield projects.
Required skills
- QA/QC processes and procedures.
- Quality management systems implementation.
- Contractor and vendor quality assurance programme management.
