About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Bangalore. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable Python‑based applications and services, supporting the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance robust Python applications, scripts, and automation solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best‑practice standards.
• Handle file I/O, data processing, JSON parsing, and command‑line utilities.
• Implement efficient data structures, algorithms, and application logic for performance and scalability.
• Develop multithreaded, asynchronous, or multiprocessing solutions as required.
• Create comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure high test coverage.
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug complex problems, and support deployments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product management, and other engineering teams.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and release management.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on Python development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, debugging, testing, and production support.
• Ability to write maintainable, testable code and solve performance challenges.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile teams.
