Senior Purchase Executive

About the role

The Senior Purchase Executive will lead the procurement of packaging materials such as paper, bagasse, food containers and HORECA products. The role involves managing the full procure‑to‑pay cycle, negotiating with suppliers worldwide and ensuring timely, quality deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of packaging materials (paper, bagasse, food containers, HORECA).
• Source materials domestically and internationally; handle RFIs, RFQs and vendor evaluations.
• Lead vendor development, price negotiations and ensure compliance.
• Maintain inventory levels and guarantee timely delivery of quality goods.
• Oversee the complete procure‑to‑pay (P2P) process from order to payment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply‑chain issues.
• Implement quality checks, testing processes and documentation.
• Manage a pool of supply partners across multiple geographies.
• Support digital tools for vendor management.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sourcing and supply‑chain experience, preferably in food or packaging.
• Strong negotiation, vendor‑management and communication abilities.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proactive, organized, data‑driven and a team player.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) for data analysis and reporting.
