Senior Purchase Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Purchase Executive to lead our procurement function. The role will shape purchasing strategies, build strong vendor relationships and drive cost‑saving initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new vendor relationships and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost reductions.
• Create and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor procurement budget, expenditures and compare supplier offers.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and oversee inventory management.
• Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets and review product quality.
• Review supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and cost savings.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and quality control procedures.
