Senior Project Manager – Operational Support

About the role

Welo Data is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead operational logistics for its AI training data programs. The role ensures smooth coordination across program delivery, contractor onboarding, IT, and finance, acting as the operational backbone for scaling data annotation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the inbound ticket queue for operational logistics, triaging and resolving issues related to onboarding, access, tooling, and finance.
• Maintain SLA compliance tracking across onboarding and operational workflows.
• Coordinate directly with client stakeholders on access and tooling issues.
• Support end‑to‑end logistics for data annotation programs, minimizing escalations to program directors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in program logistics, operational support, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage ticketing systems and SLA compliance.
• Strong coordination skills across IT, finance, and contractor onboarding.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours aligned with PST.
• Based in India.
