Senior Project Manager – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale oil and gas projects for our Indian branch in Gurugram. The role combines technical, financial and operational oversight to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, aligning with business objectives and client expectations.
• Develop project strategies, execution plans and performance indicators.
• Provide high‑level guidance on engineering designs, technical specifications and construction methodologies.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, government agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans and address challenges proactively.
• Manage project budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Lead contract negotiations, vendor selection and procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO and HSE regulations.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing complex engineering projects in the oil & gas sector.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive projects to successful completion while controlling costs and timelines.
• Fluent English communication skills.
