Senior Project Manager – Large‑Scale EPC Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale EPC projects for high‑pressure data centre environments. The role involves full‑cycle delivery of electrical infrastructure, from concept through commissioning, with a focus on low‑side MV/LV systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project implementation plan covering all phases of delivery.
• Coordinate scope definition, change, claim, risk and opportunity management.
• Lead on‑site delivery teams to meet fast‑track timelines and handle customer escalations.
• Conduct techno‑commercial discussions with suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Monitor contractual terms, ensure compliance with EHS standards and local regulations.
• Prepare executive‑level project reviews and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience delivering large EPC projects, preferably in data centre MEP.
• Proven experience on the EPC contractor side, not client‑only roles.
• Ability to work under high‑pressure, fast‑track environments.
