Senior Project Manager – Digital Lab Exchange

About the role

Scitara is seeking a senior‑level Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of its Digital Lab Exchange (DLX) platform for global life‑sciences customers. The role is based in our Mumbai office and involves coordinating complex integration projects that connect laboratory instruments, scientific applications and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation, discovery and planning through design, build, validation, deployment, hyper‑care and transition to steady‑state support.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product Engineering, Solution Architecture, Service Delivery, Validation, Infrastructure, Customer Success, Sales and partners.
• Act as the primary customer advocate and trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise AI‑driven tools to enhance project planning, governance, reporting, risk management and decision support.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience managing enterprise software, SaaS, integration or digital‑transformation programmes, preferably in life‑sciences or laboratory environments.
• Proven ability to lead large, technically complex implementations and deliver measurable business value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Mumbai (or Pune) and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
