Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑scale high‑rise residential and commercial construction projects in Kolkata. The role reports directly to the Project Head of Department and requires strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of medium‑scale construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Oversee civil, structural, and interior finishing works, with a focus on high‑rise residential and commercial buildings.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations, billing statements, and quantity take‑offs from project drawings.
• Lead and coordinate large to medium sized project teams, fostering effective communication in English and Bengali.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Male candidates preferred as per posting.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, and township projects.
