Senior Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Program Manager will lead the delivery of multiple high‑impact digital initiatives for the Enterprise Factory team in Bangalore. This role oversees website, internet banking, and mobile app projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end program delivery for public website and internet banking upgrade projects.
• Provide program‑management artifacts for mobile app development, including detailed project plans, charters, and testing plans.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders—business, technical, and vendor teams—to guarantee successful program outcomes.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing relationship management.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and proactively communicate status to management and clients.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports and conduct regular management reviews.
• Build and nurture an inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience in Agile and digital product delivery.
• Proven track record in project and program management within a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technology background with understanding of UI and backend systems.
• Ability to gather business requirements, propose solutions, and interact at all organizational levels.
