Senior Production Controller

About the role

The Senior Production Controller will act as the primary interface between production, supply chain, procurement and corporate finance. You will ensure accurate data collection, reporting and analysis to support business development and profitability decisions across the manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and report production performance data for KPI tracking and profitability measurement.
• Analyze cost variances, BOM, routing and efficiency against budget and reference costs.
• Prepare annual budget and transfer price plans in close collaboration with supply chain and finance teams.
• Provide actionable insights and improvement solutions to local production and supply chain teams.
• Maintain and update cost structures in SAP CO/HANA, ensuring alignment with corporate cost planning.
• Deliver timely production controlling reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support strategic projects, savings initiatives and P/L impact reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑8+ years of controlling or accounting experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with international teams.
