Senior Product Manager - Search

About the role

Nykaa Fashion is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Search and Product Listing Page experience. You will shape how millions of customers discover and purchase fashion items by simplifying browsing, reducing friction, and delivering intuitive, data‑driven journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long‑term vision and roadmap for product discovery across Search and PLPs.
• Design intuitive customer journeys that help users quickly find products that match their intent.
• Build best‑in‑class filtering, sorting, navigation and refinement experiences.
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Merchandising and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven opportunities to enhance discovery and decision‑making.
• Continuously iterate on discovery flows by leveraging customer insights and experimentation.

Required profile

• Strong product intuition and a deep appreciation for user‑experience design.
• Analytical thinker comfortable solving ambiguous consumer problems.
• Experience using customer insights, data and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Design, Engineering, Data Science, Merchandising).
