Senior Platform Architect – CIAM

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma leader in Hyderabad as a Senior Specialist responsible for the architecture, design, governance and evolution of the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform, primarily using PingOne.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain CIAM architecture standards, patterns and reference designs.
• Lead design and implementation of PingOne‑based identity solutions, including authentication, SSO, federation, MFA, authorization and consent management.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Product, Security and Enterprise Identity teams to deliver scalable, secure identity services.
• Support application onboarding and integration with the CIAM platform and drive modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring CIAM engineers and ensure compliance with security, privacy and architecture standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years experience in solution architecture, identity & access management or software engineering.
• Deep expertise in PingOne, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, federation and API security.
• Experience designing enterprise‑scale CIAM solutions and cloud‑native architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
