Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant

About the role

Bridgepoint Consulting is seeking a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end ERP projects for clients across multiple industries. You will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated workstream, driving solution design, configuration, testing and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to capture complex business requirements and translate them into efficient processes.
• Configure and implement NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration with third‑party applications.
• Perform system testing and validate that configurations meet client expectations.
• Manage data migration, transformation and integration to enable smooth cut‑over.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive end‑user testing and training programs to maximize adoption.
• Produce high‑quality project deliverables, including functional requirement documents and technical specifications.
• Maintain RAID logs, manage escalations and build long‑term client trust.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal practice development.

Required profile

• Proactive “day‑one” starter with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience leading workstreams on large‑scale cloud transformation projects.
• Ability to manage timelines, resources and deliverables effectively.
