Senior .NET Solution Architect – Enterprise Modernization

About the role

UST is seeking a Senior Solution Architect specialized in .NET to lead the modernization of large‑scale enterprise applications. The role focuses on transforming legacy ASP.NET systems into cloud‑native, microservice‑based solutions while ensuring high performance, scalability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end architecture, design and delivery of enterprise‑grade applications.
• Lead legacy modernization initiatives, converting ASP.NET applications to Microservices, APIs and Micro Frontend architectures.
• Conduct architecture reviews, enforce solution design standards and govern code quality across programs.
• Design and implement event‑driven architectures using RabbitMQ and other messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to define technology roadmaps and engineering standards.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership in Agile/SAFe environments.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.
• Proven track record in leading large‑scale modernization projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership abilities.
• Experience working with distributed, cross‑functional teams.
