Lead Android Developer (Jetpack Compose, Kotlin)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer with over four years of experience to design, develop and maintain high‑quality Android applications. The role focuses on building modern, user‑centric mobile experiences using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose while collaborating with product owners, designers, backend engineers and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose following Material Design guidelines.
• Integrate apps with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services and work with backend teams to define endpoints.
• Implement offline storage, caching and synchronization mechanisms using Room and other local databases.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands‑on experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Good understanding of Android Architecture Components such as MVVM, LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation and Room.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Familiarity with dependency injection (Hilt or Dagger) and AWS cloud services.
