Senior Mobile Engineer – React Native

About the role

Nextiva is looking for a senior Mobile Engineer to design and build high‑performance React Native applications for iOS and Android. The position is based onsite in Bengaluru and will work four days a week on a full‑time basis, collaborating closely with product, design, backend and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable mobile architecture and reusable component libraries.
• Lead complex features from technical design through production release.
• Conduct code reviews, define engineering standards and mentor junior engineers.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, offline support and push notifications.
• Monitor performance, security and production debugging using tools such as Sentry and Crashlytics.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years with React Native.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React and cross‑platform mobile development.
• Proven experience delivering, releasing and maintaining iOS and Android applications.
• Ability to make architecture decisions, drive technical initiatives and work independently.
