About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Microsoft Purview Consultant/Architect to lead enterprise‑scale data governance and compliance initiatives. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Purview solutions for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Purview implementations, including records management, information governance, and data lifecycle management.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into technical controls and retention policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and security reviews of cloud‑based data environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Collaborate with business, legal, security, and IT stakeholders to define governance strategies.
• Provide executive‑level guidance and present solution roadmaps to clients.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in data security, compliance, and information governance.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale Microsoft Purview projects.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior business and technical leaders.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
