Senior Menswear Print Designer

About the role

The Senior Menswear Print Designer will lead the creation and development of print concepts and patterns for menswear fabrics, guiding projects from initial idea through to production‑ready artwork. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Bhiwandi and requires close interaction with the mill, sampling units and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research trends, create mood boards and develop all‑over, placement and pattern prints for woven and knit fabrics.
• Prepare technical files, production specifications and detailed artwork for manufacturing.
• Oversee the print design pipeline, review samples and refine artwork based on feedback and fabric performance.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with merchandising, sampling and production colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in menswear print design across casual, formal and contemporary segments.
• Solid understanding of fabric construction, print techniques (screen, rotary, digital) and colour theory.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design or related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bhiwandi and engage with factory floor, sample rooms and vendors.
