Senior Marketing Manager – Digital Brand Strategy

About the role

Network18 is looking for a senior leader to own the digital‑first brand strategy for its Indian language channels. The role will drive brand recall, create new digital IPs and work closely with creators and regional teams to embed digital thinking across all marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a central digital branding strategy for News18’s Indian language channels.
• Lead initiatives that boost digital brand recall and engagement on social platforms.
• Collaborate with regional influencers, YouTube journalists, podcasters and digital creators to produce creator‑led formats.
• Conceptualise, launch and scale digital‑first content IPs across social media.
• Partner with sales to unlock sponsorship and revenue opportunities from digital IPs.
• Support regional marketing teams in integrating digital‑first thinking into channel campaigns.
• Build playbooks and scalable formats for social and creator‑led marketing.
• Coordinate with editorial, product, sales and other cross‑functional teams to align brand, content and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy or content strategy.
• Background in YouTube networks, digital media companies, creator platforms or content‑driven organisations.
• Graduate from a Tier‑1 school; MBA preferred.
