Senior Manager, Supply Planning – Foods

About the role

The Senior Manager, Supply Planning – Foods will own end‑to‑end supply planning for a multi‑category food portfolio. You will drive inventory optimisation, ensure on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) performance and support commercial growth across priority channels and strategic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver supply planning outcomes that enable revenue over‑delivery and industry‑leading OTIF, case fill and shelf availability.
• Provide proactive supply inputs to commercial plans (AOP/IBP) and translate planning levers into margin improvement.
• Lead inventory optimisation across raw material, work‑in‑process and finished‑goods while reducing slow‑moving, expired and distressed stock.
• Own enterprise‑level customer service KPIs (OTIF, case fill, order reliability) and drive systematic order review and service recovery.
• Govern integrated production, dispatch and material planning across factories, co‑packers and depots.
• Institutionalise scenario planning, stress testing and cross‑functional action plans for demand‑supply volatility.
• Represent supply planning in cross‑functional forums for new product launches, promotions and major initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in supply planning or supply chain management within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Proven track record of improving inventory productivity and service performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integrated business planning (IBP) and sales‑and‑operations planning (S&OP) processes.
