Senior Manager – Strategic Initiatives, Customer Loyalty & Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a driven senior leader to own and deliver high‑impact loyalty and partnership initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, technology and commercial teams, shaping programs that boost customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic initiatives for loyalty and partnership programs, from concept through market launch.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including CRM, Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, Customer Experience and Operations.
• Partner with Product and Technology to design digital experiences, customer journeys and partner integrations.
• Own program economics, managing P&L, points liability and rewards cost optimization.
• Identify, onboard and activate external partners, ensuring seamless go‑to‑market execution.
• Define and track business and customer success metrics, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure launch readiness across systems, processes, governance and customer‑facing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, partnerships or cross‑functional program delivery.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Experience working with product and technology teams; exposure to loyalty, payments, fintech, travel, retail or digital ecosystems is a plus.
