Senior Manager – Retail

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing store team, create exceptional customer experiences, and drive business results. You will partner with the Store Leader to shape store vision, develop managers, and solve complex operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and associates, fostering growth and achieving performance goals.
• Participate in floor leadership, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for assigned functional areas and the overall store.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect assets, and maintain confidentiality.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values daily.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
