Senior Manager – Projects (Manufacturing & Supply)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Projects will lead the planning, execution and delivery of capital projects across Shalina Healthcare’s manufacturing and supply network. Based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, the role involves overseeing greenfield and brownfield initiatives, ensuring they meet timeline, cost, quality and compliance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead greenfield and brownfield projects, including plant expansions, utilities and infrastructure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource requirements; track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate engineering design deliverables (concept layouts, civil, MEP, utilities and process engineering) and ensure alignment with GMP, quality and EHS standards.
• Support CAPEX estimation, budgeting, cost tracking and commercial negotiations with vendors and contractors.
• Manage contractor performance, commissioning activities and hand‑over to operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adhere to the central project governance framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale manufacturing or industrial projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of greenfield and brownfield project lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated capability in cost control, budgeting and commercial negotiations.
