Senior Manager - Project Procurement

About the role

The Senior Manager – Project Procurement leads the corporate procurement function for hospitality clubs, with a strong emphasis on project‑based and operational sourcing. The role supports strategic procurement planning, pre‑opening and renovation projects, and drives centralized procurement excellence across DLF’s hospitality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement planning and execution for hospitality club projects, covering FF&E, OS&E, capital equipment, services and project materials.
• Standardise procurement policies, processes and documentation across all business units.
• Consolidate suppliers, optimise contracts and apply spend analytics to improve efficiency and cost control.
• Build and maintain strategic vendor partnerships, evaluating performance on quality, cost, reliability and compliance.
• Prepare and monitor annual procurement budgets, negotiate high‑value contracts and present monthly dashboards on savings and key KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, audit and internal standards, and manage risks related to pricing volatility and supply‑chain disruptions.
• Champion integrity, transparency and ethical conduct while integrating sustainability and occupational health & safety requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in procurement within hospitality, construction or related sectors.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to forecast spend and drive cost‑avoidance initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to implement standardized processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in spend analytics tools and data‑driven decision‑making.
