Senior Manager – Oracle SCM Manufacturing Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manufacturing implementations. The role involves helping clients optimise their manufacturing processes using Oracle’s suite of solutions across finance, operations, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM Manufacturing modules, including setting up manufacturing organisations, BOMs, routings and production schedules.
• Analyse client manufacturing processes, identify gaps and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle capabilities.
• Customize the module with custom reports, user interfaces and workflows to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate Oracle SCM Manufacturing with ERP, PLM and MES systems ensuring seamless data flow.
• Develop test plans, conduct system testing and support user‑acceptance testing.
• Deliver end‑user training, workshops and create documentation; provide ongoing support.
• Assist clients with change‑management activities to drive adoption.
• Stay current on Oracle SCM Manufacturing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Extensive experience delivering Oracle SCM Manufacturing projects in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead senior‑level client engagements.
