Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion Finance

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Finance engagements within its Advisory practice. You will work with clients to design, implement and optimise Oracle Cloud solutions that drive operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, including installation, configuration, administration and post‑go‑live support.
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
• Develop and customise reports using BI Publisher and manage data loads with FBDI.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Finance implementations delivered as a technical developer.
• Strong understanding of ERP database structures and cloud SaaS/PaaS models.
• Proven consulting experience in a senior or managerial capacity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
