Senior Manager – Intelligent Business Transformation (FS Consulting)

About the role

PwC is seeking a high‑performing Senior Manager to lead engagements within its Intelligent Business Transformation practice for the Financial Services sector. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery of strategic and operational transformation programmes for banks, NBFCs, BFSI firms and other financial intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale strategy, transformation and operating‑model engagements in the BFSI sector.
• Own client relationships with senior stakeholders (CXO‑1 / CXO‑2 level) and act as the primary point of contact.
• Translate client needs into structured problem statements, solution approaches and execution road‑maps.
• Manage complex workstreams, shape solutions and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Develop and mentor project teams, fostering a high‑impact consulting environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading transformation projects for financial‑services clients.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results on time.
