Senior Manager – IGA Developer (Saviynt) – Cyber Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives within its Cyber Advisory practice. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and extending enterprise IGA platforms to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
• Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, and certifications.
• Configure connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and REST‑based applications.
• Develop Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning processes.
• Set up access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.
• Create custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement RBAC models aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Provide effort estimations and maintain technical/design documentation.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level professional with hands‑on experience delivering enterprise IGA solutions.
• Proven ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
