Senior Manager – Findur Consultant – Finance Transformation (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Findur consulting engagements within its Finance Transformation practice. The role blends finance advisory with deep technical expertise in the Findur trading and risk management platform, helping clients optimise financial performance and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (trading, risk, operations, finance) and technical delivery teams.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases for Findur implementations.
• Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution‑design sessions to align technology with client objectives.
• Configure and implement Findur modules across front‑office, middle‑office, and back‑office functions.
• Provide strategic guidance on finance transformation initiatives and ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Findur consultant or in similar trading/risk management system implementations.
• Strong Business Analyst capabilities with a track record of delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills across finance, risk, and operations domains.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical designs.
