Senior Manager – Execution (Construction)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Execution will support site construction activities by supervising works, coordinating contractors, and ensuring that execution follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. Reporting to senior engineers and site leads, the role helps achieve construction milestones and maintain project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reducing material wastage and rework on site.
• Support productivity improvements and efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor material consumption and site usage.
• Help achieve project milestones and billing targets.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Resolve site‑level execution issues through contractor coordination.
• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, planning and MEP teams.
• Monitor contractor manpower deployment and work progress.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Required profile

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in construction execution, site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality & safety systems.
• Proficiency in English; local language knowledge is desirable.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RCC, steel, hybrid, MEP, finishes, precasting, erection, tunnelling, marine work, fabrication, formwork, piling and roadworks construction methods.
• Cost estimation and budgeting for materials, manpower, equipment and vendor expenses.
• Ability to prepare detailed estimate plans and support financial planning.
