Senior Manager – ESP Business Unit

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the ESP Business Unit at Bosch Chassis Systems India. The role focuses on financial reporting, cost control, and strategic planning for multiple business units within the automotive safety portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business reports, forecasts, long‑term plans and business plans for ESP, NBS and 2WP units.
• Coordinate transfer pricing for CKD, pass‑through business and ensure compliance for AA and 2WP.
• Monitor customer sales prices, profitability and GM1 analysis.
• Operate iGPM‑MCR for project cost updates, period‑end closing and cost tracking.
• Analyse IFRS15 and INDAS115 for audit and BU reporting requirements.
• Control Capex budget and input business‑plan data for PPC roll‑up and validation.
• Perform EVOB calculations for new projects and part numbers.
• Manage inventory control, actualisation and overhead loading.
• Ensure proper cost‑center and GL‑code allocation for expenses.
• Mentor ESP plant controller and BU controllers, reviewing their reporting outputs.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualification with at least 10 years of experience.
• Current Bosch employee should be SL1 or potential SL1 with TP1 letter.
• Proven experience with Bosch controlling processes.
• Fluent English communication and strong analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to handle high workload and tight deadlines.
