Senior Manager – ESP Business Unit (India)

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the ESP Business Unit’s financial reporting and controlling activities, ensuring accurate MIS, forecasting and long‑term planning for the division. This role supports the development of vehicle safety and driver assistance products within Bosch’s Chassis Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business reports, current forecasts and long‑term plans for ESP, NBS and 2WP units.
• Coordinate transfer pricing for CKD and pass‑through business and ensure compliance.
• Monitor customer sales prices, profitability and GM1 analysis.
• Operate iGPM‑MCR for project cost updates, period‑end closing and cost tracking.
• Analyse IFRS 15 and INDAS 115 for audit and BU reporting requirements.
• Control Capex budgets and input business‑plan data for PPC roll‑up.
• Perform EVOB calculations for new projects and manage inventory control.
• Ensure proper accounting allocation to cost centres and GL codes.
• Guide and mentor ESP plant controller and BU controllers, reviewing their reports.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualification with at least 10 years of experience in controlling.
• Experience with Bosch controlling processes and strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to handle high workload and tight deadlines.
