About the role
Bosch Rexroth India is seeking a dynamic leader to head its Logistics function. The Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager – Logistics will be responsible for end‑to‑end supply‑chain performance, driving process innovation, cost efficiency and operational excellence across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and optimise end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain operations.
- Oversee demand planning, materials planning and procurement activities.
- Manage supplier integration, sales order processing and production planning & control.
- Direct inbound and outbound physical logistics, warehouse management and material supply to production.
- Supervise quarantine, scrap yard management, shipping, dispatch and transportation.
- Control packaging, container management and overall logistics cost structures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain and operational management.
- Strong leadership and result‑driven mindset.
- Ability to drive process innovation and cost‑focused improvements.
