Senior Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment and plant utilities running at peak performance. You will be responsible for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime while supporting continuous‑improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, facility systems and utilities.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electromechanical equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Install, replace and adjust components such as motors, pumps, valves, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Support commissioning, start‑up and relocation of equipment and facility systems.
• Maintain PLC‑controlled equipment, CNC machines and other automated systems.
• Develop and follow maintenance plans, complete work orders and log equipment history in a CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures (LOTO, PTW, confined space, working at height) and quality standards (API Q1, QMS).

Required profile

• Several years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electromechanical domains.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, equipment manuals and follow safety protocols.
