Senior HR Recruiter

About the role

ArivuPro, a leading Ed‑tech company in Bangalore, is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across the organization. You will design and execute recruitment strategies, manage the full hiring cycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases and referrals.
• Draft engaging job descriptions and collaborate with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and present shortlisted candidates with detailed evaluations.
• Coordinate structured interviews, administer skill assessments and psychometric tests, and provide data‑driven hiring recommendations.
• Maintain transparent communication with candidates, manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.
• Oversee onboarding activities, background verification and collect feedback to improve new‑hire experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in a senior or lead recruiter role.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and manage multiple hiring priorities.
