Senior HR Partner – Corporate HR Partner Organization

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Partner to provide high‑judgment HR support to managers and senior leaders across the organization. You will act as a trusted consultant, leveraging deep knowledge of HR policies, processes, and regional programs to deliver personalized employee experiences and drive large‑scale initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on complex performance‑management cases, including performance‑improvement plans and bias‑free evaluations.
• Handle sophisticated employee‑relations investigations, grievance processes, and mediation, collaborating with Legal and ER teams.
• Provide guidance on talent and performance‑management processes, people development, and organizational‑change implementation at country or regional level.
• Identify trends and emerging HR needs, and work with business and HR stakeholders to develop proactive solutions.
• Mentor junior HR team members and contribute to best‑practice development across the region.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Partner, handling complex employee‑relations and performance‑management issues.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and regional HR programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and act as a strategic HR advisor.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify systemic trends.
