Senior HR Manager / Associate Director

About the role

AveVector Group seeks a senior HR leader who will act as a true business partner and problem‑solver. Reporting to the Group Head of People & Culture, the role blends strategic advisory, data‑driven decision making, and people‑focused execution to support growth across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges and growth plans, providing strategic HR advice.
• Design and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning, leadership development and high‑potential identification.
• Use data, analytics and dashboards to influence people strategy and track metrics such as productivity, attrition, hiring effectiveness and employee experience.
• Lead organization‑development initiatives covering culture, structure, role clarity, change management and engagement.
• Coach managers and leaders, strengthen organizational values and promote collaboration across the group.

Required profile

• Strong commercial orientation with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes.
• Proven experience solving complex organizational and talent challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Background in talent management, organization development and leadership partnering.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments with high ownership.
