Senior HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Generalist to lead full‑scope HR initiatives across staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning, and statutory compliance. The role partners closely with senior leaders to design and execute people strategies that support business growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Align organizational processes, systems, and culture with business priorities and drive change management.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate learning content and talent development programs, including onboarding and manager assimilation.
• Provide coaching and counseling to employees and leaders on performance, talent identification, and improvement plans.
• Report, track, and analyze workforce data, ensuring data integrity for job and compensation information.
• Consult on compensation practices, conduct annual revisions, benchmark offers, and support promotions.
• Assist in staffing delivery, talent selection, and execution of shared staffing solutions.
• Communicate benefits policies, manage specialist interventions, and oversee incentive, progression, and recognition programs.
• Develop and deliver business communications related to HR policies and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong track record in organizational development and talent management.
• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic, matrixed environments and drive results.
