Senior HR Business Partner – Airport Operations

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will support airport operational teams by executing HR strategies, managing core HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and aviation standards. This position bridges HR and business operations to drive employee engagement, performance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic HR Business Partnering: collaborate with operational leaders, align HR strategies with business priorities, drive workforce and succession planning, and support change‑management initiatives.
• Onboarding: oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration and a positive employee experience.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, design engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs, and promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
• Performance & Development: facilitate performance‑management cycles, coach managers on people leadership, identify training needs and coordinate learning interventions.
• HR Operations & Compliance: ensure accurate execution of payroll inputs, attendance, benefits administration, and maintain compliance with labour laws, airport regulations, and internal policies.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: monitor HR metrics such as attrition and absenteeism, provide trend analysis and predictive insights, and prepare reports for leadership reviews.
• Employee Experience & Retention: develop strategies to improve retention, career progression, and well‑being for operational staff.
