Senior Graphic Designer – Web3

About the role

We are seeking a senior graphic designer with a strong visual sense and a solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem. The role involves creating premium, original designs for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns across blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi and fintech projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce high‑quality visual designs for websites, social media, banners, ads and promotional assets.
• Design engaging graphics for Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, fintech and technology initiatives.
• Develop fresh creative concepts rather than relying on templates.
• Translate technical briefs and complex concepts into clear visual communication.
• Create campaign identities, key visuals, infographics, hero banners, illustrations, icons, presentations and pitch decks.
• Maintain brand consistency while collaborating remotely with content, marketing, UI/UX and product teams.
• Research creative trends and manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking with a strong visual sense.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver premium designs from brief to final asset.
• Good understanding of Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi and related terminology.
