Senior Graphic Designer – Growth Marketing

About the role

The Growth Marketing team is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that support our digital campaigns and brand communications. You will work closely with marketers to translate ideas into engaging social media posts, email templates, display ads, and polished report graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching social media graphics, email layouts and display advertisements that align with brand guidelines.
• Produce high‑quality figures, charts and article PDFs for research reports and publications.
• Use Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint to build and refine marketing collateral for internal and external audiences.
• Apply strategic, user‑focused design thinking while meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or growth‑focused setting.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and adapting to rapid feedback cycles.
