About the role

StoryMirror is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its marketing team in Mumbai. You will create compelling visual assets that promote books, authors, and the platform across multiple channels. The role blends graphic design, video production, and brand storytelling to engage readers and writers.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching book covers and brand‑specific collateral.
• Produce promotional materials such as ads, flyers, and marketing assets.
• Create video content including book trailers, author interviews, and promotional clips.
• Manage and populate social media channels with engaging visual content.
• Collaborate with authors, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong visual sense with a portfolio that demonstrates book‑cover design and multimedia work.
• Ability to work closely with marketing teams and authors to translate ideas into visual assets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage several projects at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as GPT, Canva AI, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Advanced design skills for print and digital media.
• Video editing expertise for creating trailers and promotional videos.
