Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI, React/Redux & Java

About the role

Five9 is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its AI‑powered Voice of Customer (VOC) team. You will build high‑performance web platforms that surface AI‑generated insights from voice and chat interactions, working with leading AI services from Azure, OpenAI, Google, Databricks, IBM and Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Implement UX designs in a React/Redux framework, collaborating daily with UX designers.
• Develop interactive dashboards, charts and drill‑down views for AI‑generated customer insights.
• Contribute to an agile team building a scalable, highly available platform on Google Cloud Platform.
• Leverage PaaS components such as CDNs and NoSQL databases to ensure reliability and operability.
• Own production code, including on‑call duties, troubleshooting and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong focus on React/Redux and deep proficiency in JavaScript and Java.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered product interfaces and data‑heavy analytics dashboards.
• Experience with PaaS‑hosted relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and take ownership of production code.
