Senior Full-Stack Developer - SAP Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with deep SAP expertise to lead the migration of a React‑based application to SAP CAP and UI5. You will design SAP‑native solutions, implement enterprise‑grade architecture on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and ensure a smooth transition while enhancing the existing product.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration from React to SAP CAP + UI5, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Transform React components and business logic into SAP UI5/CAP architecture, building performant OData services and data models.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery on SAP BTP, from development through production deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with fellow developers to establish coding standards, ensure consistency, and conduct pair‑programming.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies using SAP‑specific testing frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SAP development experience, especially with SAP BTP, CAP, UI5/Fiori, CDS modeling, and OData services.
• Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, and React skills to analyze and enhance the existing application during migration.
• Self‑directed problem solver capable of translating non‑technical requirements into technical implementations.
• Proven track record in enterprise application migrations and autonomous work in small, high‑ownership teams.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP deployment, health monitoring, and production issue troubleshooting.
• Commitment to software engineering best practices, Clean Code, CI/CD, and test automation.
