Senior FP&A Controller

About the role

Sulzer is seeking a Senior FP&A Controller to lead core financial control activities, ensure data integrity, and support strategic financial planning across its global engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate the annual budget and refresh predictive forecasts regularly.
• Conduct profitability, performance reporting, and plan analytics with risk management.
• Provide business recommendations based on in‑depth financial analysis.
• Manage collections reporting, procurement analytics, and CAPEX planning.
• Oversee period‑end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reports and compliance with IFRS.
• Maintain internal controls and adhere to QESH regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong financial acumen, understanding of global financial processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
