Senior Food & Beverage Server

About the role

The Senior Food & Beverage Server will lead service operations within the hotel’s acclaimed dining venues, including the rooftop bar AER and the pan‑Asian restaurant San:Qi. Reporting to the outlet manager, the role ensures guests receive flawless, attentive service that reflects Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the service area before each shift, conducting pre‑ and post‑service checks and setting up mise‑en‑place.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and recommend menu progression and wine pairings in line with hotel standards.
• Direct and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality, sequence, and timing of service.
• Upsell menu items and beverage offerings sensitively while maintaining genuine hospitality.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu, beverage list, and special promotions.
• Act as host/hostess in the work area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Provide feedback to management on operational, employee, and guest‑related matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end food and beverage service, preferably in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, enthusiastic approach to guest interaction.
• Ability to train and lead team members, modeling service standards.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable service quality.
