Senior Firmware Engineer - Security

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our System Manager team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside a high‑performing engineering team on cutting‑edge technologies that enable secure root of trust functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and validate low‑level platform firmware for system management, secure boot, platform security, device management, and recovery functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and independently own features from requirements through implementation, integration, validation, and release.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in embedded firmware/software development.
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C, data structures, and low‑level programming.
• Hands‑on experience with an RTOS (FreeRTOS preferred) and a solid understanding of ARM‑based SoCs and multicore architecture.
• Experience developing and debugging low‑level drivers with strong system‑level debugging skills using JTAG, logs, and crash/exception analysis.
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, unit testing, static analysis, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to own features end‑to‑end and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
