Senior Finance Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Controller to join our Finance & Accounts team in Bengaluru. The role will own financial controllership, cost management, FP&A, reporting, compliance and business finance, supporting strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial controllership, accounting and monthly/quarterly/annual closing cycles.
• Review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
• Drive cost control, profitability and margin analysis.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling.
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and cash flow.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit and statutory compliance.
• Strengthen financial controls, SOPs and governance processes.
• Provide management with financial insights, pricing, ROI and business decisions.
• Lead process improvement and finance automation initiatives.
• Coordinate and guide the finance team.

Required profile

• CA qualified or semi‑qualified (preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Controllership, FP&A or Business Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, taxation, audit and statutory compliance.
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail, D2C, FMCG, consumer products or distribution is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Tally.
