Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition (Aviation)

About the role

The Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition will lead end‑to‑end hiring for Air India SATS Airport Services’ ground‑handling operations in Bengaluru. You will drive high‑volume recruitment for frontline and support functions such as ramp services, baggage handling, customer service and technical support, ensuring a smooth candidate experience in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for blue‑collar and frontline roles, from sourcing through offer, while meeting quality and timeliness targets.
• Source candidates via job portals, aviation institutes, referrals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, background checks and security clearances in line with aviation regulations.
• Assist in workforce planning by forecasting hiring needs based on operational schedules and seasonal trends.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, update hiring status and generate basic reports and dashboards.
• Ensure clear communication with candidates, support onboarding and gather feedback to improve the experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, station managers and external recruitment vendors.
• Utilize the ATS and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and job postings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aviation or bulk & blue‑collar recruitment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with regulatory compliance for security clearances.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and deliver quality hires.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
